A system is a group of distinct identities or "parts" that exist within one person. Each part may have its own memories, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Systems are often associated with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), but not every system is diagnosed with DID.
The RainyCave System helps its members navigate emotions, support each other, and manage daily life. Each part has a unique role or perspective within the system.
Understanding and respecting systems is important for mental health and well-being.
